Application of Height Adjustment Pad in WJ-7 and WJ-8 Rail Fastener System

The under-rail height adjustment pad is usually placed between the rubber pad and the railway tie plate. According to different thickness, the rail height adjustment plate can be divided into four types: 1mm, 2mm, 5mm and 8mm. It is suitable for scenes where the rail adjustment is less than 10mm. The height-adjusting pads can be stacked and used, and the total quantity should not exceed two. The lower-thickness lower-rail height adjustment pads should be placed on the lower layer during installation to prevent the height adjustment pads from escaping

The height adjustment pad under tie plate is placed between the elastic pad and the bearing surface of the sleeper or the track plate. When the rail height adjustment exceeds 10mm, the height adjustment pad under tie plate is often used in conjunction with the under-rail height adjustment pad, and the total thickness should not exceed 20mm.
Each pair of height adjustment pads is composed of two pieces, which are respectively inserted from the side. The height adjustment pad can only be used in a single layer, and cannot be superimposed. There are two specifications of 10mm and 20mm for the height adjustment pad of the WJ-8 type fastener system, and it also two specifications of 5mm and 10mm for the WJ-7 fastener system.
